Alps Express is a sightseeing train from which passengers can enjoy the magnificent natural scenery along the Toyama Chihou Tetsudou line to their heart’s content. The timber interior of the train gives it a warm, homely feeling. There are sofas and high-deck seats for children, along with compartment seats with a table which seat 4, making for a rich variety of seating to choose from. Amongst these, the seats with tables which face outside of the train allow passengers to fully admire the majestic scenery as it flows past.
